The Ritz-Carlton Residences is a new ultra-luxury project on the Dubai Creek. MAG of Life, the Wellness Real Estate division of the Dubai-based MAG Group, in cooperation with Marriott International, are the developers of the first The Ritz-Carlton Residences in the UAE. The residential project of The Ritz-Carlton hospitality brand is located within MAG's ‘Keturah’ Resort, which is a wellness-focused project. The Ritz-Carlton Residences will include 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, penthouses and only 10 mansions. All real estate will be fully furnished and managed by The Ritz Carlton. The property size of apartments start from 2,500 sqft and all residences will provide extensive views of the Dubai Water Canal and the beautiful wildlife sanctuary Ras Al Khor.
