Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah is an exclusive project by the legendary Italian fashion house Armani / Casa and the famous architect, Tadao Ando. This is the first time these two talents have worked together on designing a complex. The development company of this iconic complex is Arada Development, which is known for such projects as Jouri Hills and Masaar. The building is distinguished by a series of stylish design elements, including an overhanging arch, water features and pools. The estimated date of the development’s handover is in December of 2026. Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah includes a collection of 2–4 bedroom apartments and 5-bedroom penthouses which encompass the signature Armani concept.
