DaVinci Tower by Dar Al Arkan is the first residential building in the world with interiors designed by Pagani. The tower includes 19 floors, 3 basement levels and a ground floor lobby. Residents will be able to enjoy the stunning view of the Dubai Canal on the south-east side and overlook the Burj Khalifa on the north side. At the moment the project is under construction and the estimated date of completion is Q4 2023. Within a 10-minute walking distance are attractions such as The Dubai Fountain, the Burj Khalifa and the biggest retail and entertainment destination in the world – The Dubai Mall. There are plenty of dining options in the area around DaVinci Tower. Some of these include Bosporus Turkish Cuisine, Tulum, The CourtYard as well as many more. The nearest supermarkets include Spinneys, Choithrams, Carrefour and others, all within the area. Medical facilities in Downtown Dubai comprise Amana Healthcare hospital and Excellency Center. The residential building is situated close to the main highway of Dubai - Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). Public transport stations in the district include the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall Metro Station, Dubai Mall Metro Bus Stop Landside 1 and The Dubai Mall EXPO Rider Stop, from which visitors can reach the EXPO exhibition.
