COTE D'AZUR hOTEL BY THE HEART OF EUROPE

CÔTE D’AZUR Hotel is a complex with hotel apartments that are currently under construction. The project was developed by Kleindienst Group and is located on Main Europe Island, which is part of the World Islands archipelago in Dubai.

About The Project

five-star rated boutique hotels - Monaco, Nice, Cannes, and St. Tropez

The complex consists of four hotels named after popular Côte d’Azur cities: Monaco, Nice, Cannes, and Saint-Tropez. Each boutique hotel offers around 250 hotel apartments, which come fully furnished and are equipped with modern appliances and a Jacuzzi.Interiors were designed using eco-friendly materials only. The roofs and walls of hotels are well-insulated and soundproof. Most of the residences have large windows with magnificent views of the beach and the Arabian Gulf. The complex was designed to minimise energy costs, and solar panels are being used to support this effort.

The Heart of Europe is an unspoiled destination of 6 islands at The World, Dubai. An expansive artificial archipelago just off the coast of Dubai, The World is a one-of-a-kind destination set to become the Middle East’s most sought after retreat. Imagine Maldives-like islands near Dubai shores, easily accessible by boat. Arrival to The Heart of Europe is by boat, seaplane or helicopter. We will run a shuttle service every 15 minutes and water taxis, with pick-up points from Dubai mainland.
