The Floating Seahorse is a community of ultra-luxurious villas on the World Islands archipelago, which consists of 300 artificial islands situated off the coast of Dubai. The development’s main features include artificial coral reefs and climate-controlled streets. The project was developed by Kleindienst Group.

FLOATING SEASHORE LOCATED IN THE HEART OF EUROPE

The Floating Seahorse is located on St. Petersburg Island, which is one of six islands in the Heart of Europe. The islands in this area are connected by floating piers. The complex is considered to be a miracle of modern engineering. Each villa is on its own tiny island that is surrounded by water and connected to neighbouring private islands. The area maintains an ideal balance between secluded and community living.The complex consists of 133 three-level villas that are for sale. Properties include one- to four-bedroom villas that feature many state-of-the-art amenities. Underwater floors have living rooms and bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Sea levels have living rooms, solariums, and kitchens, and the upper floors include living rooms, balconies, and glass-bottom Jacuzzis. All villas have panoramic glass walls that offer incredible views of the coral reefs and sea life. To ensure the maximum level of safety and privacy, top decks and sea levels have open space enclosures.

The Heart of Europe is a mega-project that was designed to be an upscale vacation destination that catered to tourists. The resort provides accommodations that are ideal for families with children and honeymooners. The complex is set away from the mainland. Residents can use seaplanes, helicopters, and boats to reach the Dubai coast, which takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
