The Sustainable City Yas Island by Aldar Properties and Diamond Developers

The Sustainable City Yas Island is a newly launched residential project by one of the leading development companies in the UAE capital; Aldar Properties, along with Diamond Developers. The fully sustainable and unique community will span across a territory of over 4,273,000 sq. ft in the area of Yas North. The exclusive neighbourhood will include condominiums with 1–3 bedroom apartments, as well as townhouses with 3 and 4 bedrooms. The total number of units in Phase 1 will constitute 512. Property sizes of apartments will range from 710 sq. ft to 1,550 sq. ft, while the floor plan area of townhouses will vary from 2,917 sq. ft to 3,358 sq. ft.
